Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay's trial for two misdemeanor charges of driving while intoxicated has been delayed until Oct. 30, WISH-TV's Troy Kehoe reports.
Irsay's trial was set to begin on Aug. 28, but the judge granted a continuance.
The Colts owner was charged with operating while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance in March after he failed several roadside sobriety tests. The two misdemeanor OWI charges carry up to 60 days in jail and $500 fines.
The NFL has not disciplined Irsay for his arrest yet, but league spokesman Greg Aiello said the situation is "under review."
Irsay is also involved in an unrelated case about custody of his two minor children.
