Cleveland Browns All-Pro wide receiver Josh Gordon had his DWI case in North Carolina delayed until November 18, reports ABC11.com.

Gordon was arrested in Raleigh, N.C. last month after cops pulled him over for speeding. Gordon had a blood-alcohol level of .09 and the legal limit for the state of North Carolina is .08.

Gordon was then released after posting a $500 bond.

Why hasn't Josh Gordon been suspended yet?

Gordon is still awaiting punishment from the NFL after being a repeat violator of the league's substance-abuse program.

Browns head coach Mike Pettine said he is “fairly certain” Gordon will miss a portion of the season due to suspension. Gordon caught 87 passes for an NFL-high 1,646 yards and nine touchdowns last season, earning first-team AP All-Pro honors.
