Report: Rams QB Shaun Hill's status in doubt for Sunday
St. Louis Rams quarterback Shaun Hill has a strained quad and could miss Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, reports Ian Rapoport of NFL.com.
Hill left the Rams' season opener at halftime because of what the team called a thigh injury. In the first half, he completed 8 of 13 passes for 81 yards and threw an interception.

He was replaced by Austin Davis, who threw for 192 yards and an interception as the Rams fell 34-6 to the Vikings.
According to Rapoport, Hill's status is in doubt right now, but the Rams will know more on Wednesday or Thursday.

In August, the Rams lost would-be starting quarterback Sam Bradfordfor the season due to a torn ACL.
