Jaguars quarterback Chad Henne to start against Colts
The Jacksonville Jaguars will start Chad Henne at quarterback against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday, Jaguars head coach Gus Bradley announced.
Bradley quickly ended speculation over his starting quarterback at his press conference on Monday, taking less than a minute to say Henne was getting the nod over rookie Blake Bortles.
"We felt very strongly about Chad. I still feel very strongly about Chad," Bradley said.
The Jaguars, the league’s least-prolific scoring offense last season, are averaging 13.5 points per game this season, which is tied for 30th in the NFL. They are ranked last in total offense.
