The Lions say linebacker Stephen Tulloch is out for Sunday's game against the Packers after injuring his knee while celebrating.
After sacking Aaron Rodgers on third down in the first quarter, Tulloch injured himself while seemingly mocking Rodgers' "discount, double check" motion. He was examined on the sidelines by Lions trainers and it was determined he had a left knee injury. Tulloch returned to the Detroit sidelines in street clothes with his knee wrapped in ice.
Tahir Whitehead took Tulloch's place at inside linebacker. Oustide linebacker DeAndre Levy had a microphone put in his helmet to make the defensive calls.
