Report: Titans 'could very well be without' Jake Locker vs. Colts
The Titans could "very well be without" quarterback Jake Locker for the Week 4 matchup on the road vs. the Colts, according to a report Wednesday night from Jim Wyatt of The Tennessean.
The 26-year-old is dealing with a wrist strain sustained in Sunday's 33-7 loss to the Bengals. He missed practice on Wednesday and Wyatt said he barely moved the wrist while talking to reporters.

Coach Ken Whisenhunt had expressed confidence in Charlie Whitehurst after the practice, saying in the report, "I've seen him go in and perform well, so I don't really have a question as far as what it would be like Sunday with Charlie."
Whitehurst, 32, has appeared in 13 NFL games since being selected by the Chargers in the 2006 draft. He has completed 54.2 percent of his passes and has a 3:4 touchdown-to-interception ratio and 13 sacks absorbed.
The Titans enter Sunday at 1-2, winning the first game vs. the Chiefs but losing vs. the Cowboys in Week 2 and then vs. the Bengals on Sunday.
