Week 4: Bye

Week 3: Seahawks 26, Broncos 20

Denver lost the Super Bowl rematch against Seattle in overtime. Peyton Manning led the Broncos 80 yards in 35 seconds with no timeouts to tie the game late in the fourth, but the Seahawks won the toss and scored a touchdown on the first drive of overtime. Manning said after the game that the overtime rules "put a premium on the coin toss."

Week 2: Broncos 24, Chiefs 17

The Broncos withstood a fourth-quarter comeback attempt from Alex Smith and the Chiefs. Smith's pass to Dwayne Bowe on fourth-and-goal from the Denver two-yard-line with 18 seconds left was incomplete, and the Broncos won by a touchdown. Manning completed 21 of 26 passes for 242 yards and three touchdowns. Kansas City running back Jamaal Charles left the game after only two carries with a sprained ankle.

Week 1: Broncos 31, Colts 24

Denver topped the Colts on Sunday Night Football in Week 1. Denver's balanced offensive attack (32 run plays, 36 pass plays) gained 361 yards. Indianapolis gained 408 yards of total offense but turned the ball over twice. Manning threw three touchdowns against his former team, all to tight end Julius Thomas. Andrew Luck's fourth quarter comeback attempt stalled near midfield.

Week 4: Bye

Week 3: Cardinals 23, 49ers 14

Behind backup quarterback Drew Stanton, the Cardinals beat the 2013 NFC runners-up. Stanton completed 18 of 33 passes for 244 yards and two touchdowns in his second start of the season. Andre Ellington had 18 carries for 62 yards and Michael Floyd had 5 receptions for 114 yards. A large brawl between San Francisco and Arizona fans broke out in the stands.  

Week 2: Cardinals 25, Giants 14

The Cardinals beat the Giants on the road in Stanton's first start replacing Carson Palmer. Arizona benefited from four New York turnovers, including two fumbles that set the Cardinal offense up in the red zone. Ellington had 91 yards on 15 carries.

Week 1: Cardinals 18, Chargers 17

Arizona racked up 403 yards on offense under Carson Palmer's direction. Palmer threw for 304 yards and two touchdowns on 24-of-37 passing. Michael Floyd had five catches for 119 yards. Palmer's touchdown pass to John Brown with 2:32 left to play won the game for Arizona.
