Manning, a 13-time Pro Bowler, connected with Julius Thomas on the historic play in the first quarter of Sunday's game. Favre holds the all-time record with 508 career TD passes.

Rounding out the top five in the category are Dan Marino, Drew Brees and Tom Brady.
Denver and Arizona both were coming off a bye week. The Broncos entered Sunday at 2-1, while the Cardinals came in at 3-0.
Next Sunday, Denver plays the Jets in New York, followed by the 49ers and Chargers at home.
