Ellington left the game in the second quarter, and did not return. The Cardinals announced at halftime that the running back would be out for the remainder of the game.

Ellington had five carries for 12 yards before the injury. In 11 games this season, Ellington has 648 yards on 196 carries and three touchdowns.
The second-year pro was listed as probable on the Cardinals' Friday injury report with foot and hip injuries.
