NFL players react to roughing the passer call in Seahawks, 49ers game

In the fourth quarter of a 10-7 game between the Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers, the 49ers thought they had a big stop that would force the Seahawks to kick a field goal, and keep it a one-possession game.
Instead, on third-and-5 from the San Francisco 15, 49ers linebacker Nick Moody was called for roughing the passer. The penalty gave the Seahawks the ball at the 49ers' 7-yard-line, and Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson threw a touchdown two plays later.
Many current and former NFL players tweeted their reactions to the play:
St. Louis Rams defensive end Chris Long:
Arizona Cardinals defensive end Darnell Dockett:
Terrible call! Omg! That wasn't roughing passer.

Arizona Cardinals linebacker Larry Foote:
Just ruining our game and nobody cares

Former 49ers cornerback Eric Wright:
Oh ok. I get it tho. Dont hit the QB! One of the BEST scrambling QBs in the game! Best at breakin tkls! Best at extended plays! Cant hit him
