For 20 teams, draft season officially started on Sunday. Leading the way are the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who clinched the No. 1 overall pick following their loss to the New Orleans Saints. With a glaring need under center, you can bet the Bucs will have a scout at the Rose Bowl, where Marcus Mariota will face off against Jameis Winston.
