The Seattle Seahawks took a 14-7 lead over the Carolina Panthers on a one-handed, 63-yard touchdown catch by receiver Jermaine Kearse.
It was quarterback Russell Wilson's second touchdown pass of the night.
At halftime, Kearse had two catches for 96 yards, and Seattle led 14-10. During the regular season, Kearse had 38 receptions for 537 yards and one touchdown.
The NFC Championship Game will be played on Jan. 18.
