Incognito did not play in 2014 after being suspended his final eight games of 2013 with the Miami Dolphins for conduct detrimental to the team. An independent report conducted by Ted Wells later found that Incognito and teammates Mike Pouncey and John Jerry harassed offensive lineman Jonathan Martin.
The Denver Broncos reportedly brought Incognito in for a workout in November. Prior to playing with the Dolphins for four seasons, Incognito had stops in Buffalo and St. Louis.
