Report: Redskins expected to sign DT Terrance Knighton
The Washington Redskins are expected to sign defensive tackle Terrance Knighton to a one-year, $4 million deal, reports NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Knighton became a free agent on Tuesday after spending two seasons with the Denver Broncos.
Last month, he said he wanted to stay in Denver and would be willing to take "somewhat of a hometown discount" to do so. He also said the longer Broncos management waited to negotiate with him, "the worse it is going to be."
