Report: Patriots to sign cornerback Bradley Fletcher
The New England Patriots have signed free-agent cornerback Bradley Fletcher, ESPN’s Mike Reiss reports.
Fletcher, 28, defended a team-high 22 passes for the Eagles last season and returned his only interception for a touchdown. The Eagles finished No. 31 in passing yards allowed and No. 28 in passing touchdowns allowed in 2014.
He was a third-round pick by the Rams in 2009 and played the first four seasons of his career in St. Louis.

The Patriots have lost several members from their Super Bowl-winning secondary this offseason. Cornerback Darrelle Revis returned to the Jets on a five-year, $70 million contract, and cornerback Brandon Brownersigned a three-year, $18 million deal with the Saints.
New England finished No. 17 in passing yards allowed and No. 12 in both interceptions and passing touchdowns allowed.
