San Diego Chargers training camp schedule: Tickets, location, dates
San Diego Chargers training camp begins on Thursday, July 30 at Chargers Park in San Diego, Calif. The team will hold 10 practices open to the public before camp breaks on Tuesday, Aug. 18.
The Chargers are looking to improve on a 9–7 finish last season that saw them come in third in the AFC West.
During the off-season, San Diego's added free-agent tackle/guard Orlando Franklin and wide receivers Stevie Johnson and Jacoby Jones. Wide receiver Eddie Royal left in free agency to sign with the Chicago Bears.
In the NFL draft, the Chargers traded up to select running back Melvin Gordon in the first round. The team's other draft picks include linebacker Denzel Perryman and cornerback Craig Mager.

Tickets:
Tickets are not required to attend Chargers training camp. For open weekend practices, fan parking will be available on Murphy Canyon Road and in the Kearny Mesa Business Center, located just south of Chargers Park. For weekday practices, parking is available only on Murphy Canyon Road. Gates open one hour before the start of practice.
Location:
Chargers training camp will be held at the team's training facility of Chargers Park in San Diego, Calif. FanFest on Aug. 8 will be held at the team's home of at Qualcomm Stadium.
