Houston Texans WR DeAndre Hopkins misses practice with concussion
Houston Texans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkinsmissed practice Wednesday recovering from a concussion, according to the team’s injury report.
Hopkins was one of five Texans to miss practice. Hopkins did not appear to suffer an injury after the Texans loss to the Panthers on Sunday. The Texans did not report when Hopkins’s concussion occurred.
The Texans will play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 3. Running back Arian Foster is not expected to play, which could leave Houston thin on offense if Hopkins also misses the game.
Cecil Shorts is listed behind Hopkins on the Texans’ depth chart.
