Watch: Browns’ TE Gary Barnidge catches TD between his legs
Cleveland Browns tight end Gary Barnidge came up with what could be the catch of the season Sunday vs. the Baltimore Ravens.
With his team down 21–16 with just over 12 minutes left in the fourth quarter, Barnidge went up in the air to wrestle a Josh McCown pass away from safety Will Hill. After the scrum in the air, it looked like the ball was going to harmlessly fall to the ground. Instead, it landed in between the legs of Barnidge, who then reached down, grabbed it and rolled into the end zone.
Barnidge has turned into one of the top targets for the Browns’ quarterbacks over the last few weeks. At the time of his catch, he led Cleveland in receiving on the day with 98 yards and the ridiculous touchdown on six receptions.
