Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Landry Jones left Sunday’s game against the Cleveland Browns in the first quarter with an apparent left leg injury and was replaced by Ben Roethlisberger.

Jones went down holding his left ankle and had to be helped off the field following an incomplete pass. He was then carted to the locker room for further evaluation.

Roethlisberger didn’t start due to a foot injury, but is serving as the team’s backup with Mike Vick (hamstring) inactive.

Jones was completed three of four passes for 23 yards before leaving.
