Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco is out for the season with a torn ACL, coach John Harbaugh said after Sunday’s win over the Rams.

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco is out for the season with a torn ACL, coach John Harbaugh said after Sunday’s 16–13 win over the Rams.

“Joe Flacco just had a season-ending knee injury,” Harbuagh said. “He tore at least his ACL, I think his MCL as well.”

The injury occurred on the last series of the game on a passing play. He remained in, and took a knee before a game-winning field goal from Justin Tucker.

Veteran Matt Schaub is the team’s backup and the only other rostered quarterback. He will likely assume starting duties.
