St. Louis Rams planning to start QB Nick Foles vs. Bengals
The St. Louis Rams are preparing to start Nick Foles at quarterback against the Bengals with Case Keenum still in concussion protocol, coach Jeff Fisher said Friday.
Keenum left last week’s loss to the Ravens on the game’s final drive, after his head was slammed into the ground during a hit. He rolled around on the field, and had to be helped to his feet by a teammate. He stayed in the game, and fumbled the ball away two plays later to set up the Ravens’ game-winning field goal.
After the game, it was announced that Keenum had suffered a concussion.

Sunday was the first game that Keenum had started all year after Foles was benched due to his poor play.
Foles has completed a career-low 56.6% of his passes this year, with seven touchdowns and six interceptions.
Foles will get his 10th start of the season, barring an improvement from Keenum on Saturday.
