The Carolina Panthers are undefeated no longer.
Behind Matt Ryan and Julio Jones, the Falcons took down the Panthers 17–13 in Atlanta to hand them their first loss in 15 games.
Jones reached over linebacker Luke Kuechly in the third quarter to make an impressive catch, and ran the ball in for 70-yard score to give Atlanta a 14–10 lead, which they would not relinquish.
Ryan finished 23 of 30 for 306 yards and one score, while Panthers quarterback Cam Newton had 123 yards through the air, and 46 on the ground, with a rushing TD.
The 14–1 Panthers will host the 6–8 Buccaneers in Week 16.
