Tom Brady gained a total of 11 yards on two consecutive rushing plays to extend the Patriots’ lead to 14–3 over the Chiefs on Saturday.

Tom Brady gained a total of 11 yards on two consecutive rushing plays to extend the Patriots’ lead to 14–3 over the Chiefs on Saturday.
Brady dropped back to pass on second-and-goal from the Chiefs 11-yard line and scrambled right, rushing all the way down to the pylon. He was ruled out at the one-yard line, and took a hit to the head as he fell out of bounds.
New England challenged the play, and lost.
On the following play, Brady pushed forward for a one-yard score to give the Patriots a 14–3 lead late in the second quarter.
Brady started the game with an eight-yard touchdown to Rob Gronkowski, and had totaled 157 yards through the air and 11 on the ground after the score.
