Hali, a first-round draft choice out of Penn State in 2006, has spend his entire 10-year career with the Chiefs. The 32-year-old is coming off an injury-plagued 2015 that included knee soreness and a broken thumb.

His 86 career sacks tie him for 48th on the NFL’s all-time sack list, and place him 11th among active players.
