The New Orleans Saints have agreed to a five-year deal with tight end Coby Fleener, the team announced.

Mike Garafolo of Fox Sports 1 first reported the news. NFL.com‘s Ian Rapoport reported the deal is worth $36 million.

Fleener, who spent his first four seasons with the Colts, gives Drew Brees a tall target over the middle, standing 6'6". He will replace Ben Watson, who departed for the Ravens. The Saints and Brees had success with 6'7" Jimmy Graham at tight end from 2010–2014.

Fleener caught 54 passes for 491 yards and three touchdowns last season, his third straight year with 50 catches. The Colts frequently deployed him in tandem with Dwayne Allen, who agreed to a four-year deal this week to remain with the team.
