The Baltimore Ravens have an unofficial agreement in place with free-agent running back Trent Richardson, head coach John Harbaugh said Tuesday.
Harbaugh said in February that the team was bringing Richardson in for a physical as talks about a deal progressed.
Richardson was cut by the Oakland Raiders before the 2015 season and did not sign with another team, spending the entire year as a free agent. He last played for the Indianapolis Colts in 2014, rushing for 519 yards and three touchdowns over 15 games with 12 starts.

The No. 3 pick in the 2012 draft, Richardson’s best season was his rookie year in Cleveland, when he started 15 games and ran for 950 yards with 11 touchdowns.
