Steelers wideout Antonio Brown was fined a combined $15,191 for twerking in the end zone and violating the league’s uniform policy with his baby blue cleats, NFL.com’s Ian Rapoport reports.
After hauling in his second touchdown catch in a win over the Redskins on Monday, Brown performed the provocative dance, which cost him $9,115 alone. A traditional celebration fine usually runs a player north of $12,000.
Last year, Brown jumped on the goalpost after scoring and had to pay $11,576 to the league.
Brown didn’t seem concerned about the fine, telling ESPN on Thursday that the money is “nothing to a boss.”
He called the dance the “Boomin.”
