Report: Bills’ LeSean McCoy out with hamstring injury
LeSean McCoy will reportedly miss time with a hamstring injury.
Bills tailback LeSean McCoy will miss Sunday’s game against the Dolphins with a hamstring injury, ESPN’s Josina Anderson reports.
McCoy injured his hamstring in practice on Wednesday and didn’t participate on Thursday. Head coach Rex Ryan did not rule McCoy out when speaking with reporters.
The Bills are exercising caution with McCoy, who missed time last season with a hamstring problem in addition to other injuries. The four-time Pro Bowler is in the middle of a bounce-back season, averaging a career-high 5.6 yards per carry and scoring seven touchdowns through six games.
Mike Gillislee would handle the lion’s share of carries for the Bills, who are 4–2. Buffalo may also be without injured wideout Robert Woods.
