Seahawks’ C.J. Prosise has scapula injury, out ‘a while’
The running back had been coming on of late for the Seahawks.

Seahawks rookie running back C.J. Prosise has a scapula injury and will be out “a while,” though there is a chance he will return this season, head coach Pete Carroll said after Sunday’s 26–15 win over the Eagles.
Prosise left during the first half after sustaining the shoulder injury and would not return. He rushed 72 yards for a touchdown during the game. He finished with 76 yards on four carries.
Thomas Rawls, who came into the season as the team’s starting back, returned from injury on Sunday and will be relied upon heavily going forward. He rushed 14 times for 57 yards after Prosise’s injury.
