A pair of notable receivers went down with injuries during Sunday afternoon’s games. Jaguars wideout Allen Hurns and DeVante Parker of the Dolphins were both forced to the sidelines with injuries.

Parker injured his back while attempting to make a catch (the play was called an incomplete pass after review) and did not return. Hurns hurt his hamstring while catching a touchdown pass and ruled out for the rest of the day.

Elsewhere, Giants safety Nat Berhe was concussed, his second concussion of the season. The first concussion caused him to miss four games.

A full list of injuries we’re tracking is below.

Allen Hurns, Jaguars — Hamstring, out

Hurns had only one catch before he was hurt.

Rob Gronkowski, Jaguars — Back, out

Gronkowski left Sunday's win over the Jets in the first quarter with the injury.

Parker’s return was considered questionable, but he did not come back in the game.

John Brown, Cardinals — Hamstring, out

Hamstring issues have plagued Brown all season long.

Nat Berhe, Giants — Concussion, out

Giants linebacker/special teamer Mark Herzlich also sustained a concussion.
