Week 13 of the NFL season concludes with a Monday Night AFC matchup between the Indianapolis Colts and the New York Jets.

The Colts (5–6) remain in the thick of the AFC playoff race and need a victory to keep pace with the Tennessee Titans and Houston Texans. The Colts last played on Thanksgiving, losing 28–7 to the Pittsburgh Steelers, a game Colts quarterback Andrew Luck did not play because of a concussion.

Luck is set to return to the starting lineup on Monday.

The Jets have lost three games in a row and are virtually out of any playoff hunt, and most likely will miss the postseason for the sixth straight season. The offense is only averaging 17.8 points a game and have committed 22 turnovers, tied for fourth most in the NFL.

New York (3–8) has beaten the Colts three straight times.
