Jim Harbaugh has shot down the rumors of him leaving Michigan for the Los Angeles Rams head coaching vacancy, according to Dan Murphy of ESPN.com.

Harbaugh reportedly told his players that the rumors are “lies made up by our enemies.”

He reaffirmed his players of his commitment to the Wolverines at a team banquet on Tuesday night.

"I'm not leaving Michigan,” Harbaugh said. “I'm not even considering it.”

“A lot of this talk is coming to our enemies ... from coaches,” He added. “And you know the names I'm referring to.”

On Monday, the Rams fired Jeff Fisher after he lost his 165th career game on Sunday. He reportedly had a new contract extension in place earlier this month even as the Rams continued to lose.
