Packers WR Davante Adams Out vs. Cowboys With Toe Injury
Aaron Rodgers will be without his primary receiving weapon on Sunday as the Packers face the Cowboys.
Packers wide receiver Davante Adams is out for Sunday's matchup with the Cowboys due to a toe injury, the team announced on Friday.
Adams injured his toe in the Packers' Week 4 loss to the Eagles on Sept. 26. The two-time Pro Bowler has tallied 25 catches for 378 yards this season. He has not registered a touchdown.
Adams was drafted in the second round of the 2014 NFL draft. He crossed the 1,000-yard threshold for the first time in 2018, and he's caught double-digit touchdowns in each of the last three seasons.
Green Bay enters Sunday's battle with Dallas tied for first in the NFC North at 3–1.
