NFL Week 5 Injury Roundup: Giants Backup RB Wayne Gallman Out With Concussion
A quarter of the NFL season has come and gone, and while 2019 has already seen a number of injuries sideline starters for the foreseeable future, teams are looking to stay as healthy as possible heading into the next stretch.
The Giants didn't get off to a good start on Sunday, losing backup running back Wayne Gallman to a concussion during Week 5's contest against the Vikings. New York will now rely on undrafted free agent Jon Hilliman to carry the load with both Gallman and Saquon Barkley out.
