Fantasy Football: Week 10 TE Rankings

Kevin Hanson joins SI for the 2019 season. His fantasy rankings have placed him in the Top 20 in each of the past two seasons among all the industry experts tracked by FantasyPros.com, and he has been in the Top 25 in six of the past eight years.

TE Start of the Week: Jack Doyle, Indianapolis Colts (vs. MIA)

The expected absence of T.Y. Hilton (calf) could lead to a few extra pass attempts for the tight ends. While Doyle saw only four targets with Hilton out last week, he converted those opportunities into three catches for 22 yards and a touchdown.

Doyle now has a minimum of three catches in six consecutive games. Available in 60 percent of Yahoo! leagues (as of Wednesday night), Doyle is a streaming option with a decent floor and some upside given the matchup against the Dolphins. The Colts have a top-five implied total this week based on Vegas odds.

TE Sit of the Week: Jimmy Graham, Green Bay Packers (vs. CAR)

With Davante Adams (11 targets in Week 9) back in the lineup, Jimmy Graham had four targets last week against the Chargers and finished with four catches for 17 yards. Graham now has 20 yards or less in three of four games and the return of Adams reduces the upside for the team’s other pass-catchers.

The Panthers have allowed the seventh-fewest fantasy points to opposing tight ends this season, and only two tight ends have scored a touchdown against the Panthers. Like all of the tight ends in Graham’s range of my rankings, he’s little more than a TD-dependent play in Week 10.
