The Bears snapped a four-game losing streak with a 20-13 win over the Lions. Quarterback Mitch Trubisky only put up 173 passing yards in the game, but his three touchdowns helped propel Chicago to victory over a Lions team that was without starting QB Matthew Stafford. Last season, the Bears were able to defeat the Rams thanks to their pass rush disrupting the potent Rams offense. They will hope to replicate that performance in this Sunday night showdown.
Los Angeles saw its two-game win streak end at the hands of the Steelers last week. In the 17-12 loss, the Rams turned the ball over four times and failed to score an offensive touchdown. Sean McVay’s team allowed four sacks with the Steelers pass rush generating pressure throughout the contest. With Khalil Mack leading a vicious defensive front for the Bears, Los Angeles will need its offensive line to do a better job of giving Jared Goff time to throw.
