Lions DT Became a Fashion Icon With the Best Overalls Outfit Before Packers Game

The defensive tackle pulled off his best Vince Wilfork impression on Thursday night.

Lions defensive tackle Benito Jones kept up one of the most interesting fashion traditions when arriving to Thursday night’s game vs. NFC North rival, the Packers, in Green Bay.

The 25-year-old showed up in overalls, but not just any kind of overalls.

Jones didn’t wear a shirt under the overalls, and they were just the length of a pair of shorts, running to just his mid-thigh. On top of this eye-popping outfit, Jones finished off the look with a cowboy hat and cowboy boots.

Fans instantly recognized how Jones may have been paying homage to former Patriots tackle Vince Wilfork, who famously showed up to a game in a set of denim overalls. The look also makes a bit more sense upon learning that Jones owns a farm in his home state of Mississippi with various animals, such as cattle.

Jones’s look quickly went viral, with NFL fans having plenty of funny reactions to the outfit. Even the Lions social media page posted about the outfit.
