Packers’ Jordan Love Roasted by NFL Fans for His Awful Game-Sealing INT vs. Broncos

The Packers suffered their third straight loss during Week 7, falling on the road to the Broncos.

It was a slog of a game for Green Bay, who were shut out in the first half, facing a 9–0 deficit at halftime that they had to fight to escape. While the Packers briefly took the lead in the fourth quarter, the Broncos responded with a field goal to take a 19–17 lead.

As Green Bay drove with its final possession in need of just a field goal to win the game, quarterback Jordan Love faltered, throwing a brutal interception that sealed the game for Denver.

While there's no easy answer for a quarterback facing third-and-20, Love's throw was a tough one to accept, floating like a pop fly into the waiting hands of Broncos safety P.J. Locke

As replays would show, running back A.J. Dillon was open for a short pass underneath that would allow the Packers to fight again on fourth down, making the interception especially difficult to accept.

Packers fans at home were not impressed.

After a pretty promising first few games this year, Love has not looked sharp the past few weeks, throwing just three touchdowns against seven interceptions during the Packers' three-game skid.

The loss pushes Green Bay to 2–4 on the season, putting them three wins behind the division-leading Lions.
