Tyreek Hill Correctly Predicted Odell Beckham Jr.’s TD Celebration Fine
The NFL has fined Ravens wideout Odell Beckham Jr. for unsportsmanlike conduct during his Week 10 touchdown celebration against the Browns, per a report by the NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero.
The veteran wide receiver was fined $10,927 for throwing up a peace sign to Cleveland defenders while en route to the end zone.
The three-time Pro Bowler has emerged as one of Baltimore’s top weapons in the passing attack hauling in 10 receptions for 212 yards and two touchdowns over the club’s last three games.
Earlier this week, Dolphins star wideout Tyreek Hill warned Beckham of a potential fine by the league office.
“Yeah they fining people for that buddy 😑,” Hill posted on X (formerly known as Twitter).
The seven-time Pro Bowler was speaking from experience when he correctly predicted the league would fine Beckham. The NFL fined Hill $10,000 back in 2022 for throwing a peace sign while scoring a 64-yard touchdown in Kansas City's AFC divisional playoff win over Buffalo.
