After scoring 14 points in the first half of their Week 14 matchup, the Saints struggled to open the second half vs. the Panthers as the team completed three short drives that ended in punts.

On the second failed drive, Saints center Erik McCoy was seen shouting at quarterback Derek Carr after he was sacked for a loss of nine yards on third down. Offensive lineman James Hurst even had to hold McCoy back so he didn’t get too close to Carr.

It’s unknown what McCoy screamed at Carr and if something prompted this shouting. But regardless of what he said, the center clearly did not look happy with his quarterback.

Following the moment captured in the video above, McCoy threw his helmet off on the sidelines while his teammates Alvin Kamara and Lynn Bowden attempted to calm him down, per The Times-Picayune’s Jeff Duncan.

Carr struggled in the first half of Sunday’s game, only completing 10-of-15 passes for 41 yards and an interception. The team’s two touchdowns came from a Kamara rushing touchdown and a fumble recovery touchdown by the defense.
