NFL Fans Can’t Believe Low Asking Price for House Across Street From Lambeau Field

A house for sale across the street from the Green Bay Packers’ home stadium in Wisconsin is going viral.

Location is paramount in real estate, and one property for sale is raising eyebrows among NFL fans for its proximity to one of the league’s most storied venues: Lambeau Field, home of the Green Bay Packers.

A Zillow listing advertises a four-bedroom, two-bath home with a hot tub and in-ground pool across the street from Lambeau Field for $699,900. The asking price seems relatively reasonable considering the coveted location. After all, the Green Bay Press Gazette reported in 2017 that homes near Stadium Drive and Shadow Lane—the streets closest to the iconic venue–were spiking in value.

Although the cost still might be a bit steep for some potential buyers, it’s not every day that fans get to watch tailgating shenanigans and hear the roar of the Packers crowd from their front yard.

NFL fans were intrigued by the idea of owning a home so close to one of the league’s cathedrals.
