Deion Sanders Reacts To Cowboys’ Shocking Loss To Bills: ‘Don’t Fool Me, Don’t Tease Me’
Dallas headed into its Week 15 showdown with Buffalo as one of the hottest teams in the NFL, having won six out of the past seven games.
However, Dak Prescott and the Cowboys instead left Highmark Stadium with a 31–10 thumping that has many fans and pundits questioning the validity of the club’s Super Bowl aspirations.
On Monday, former Cowboys legend Deion Sanders appeared on Shannon Sharpe and Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson's podcast Nightcap. During the show, the current Colorado head coach was asked by Sharpe what he doesn’t like about the Cowboys following the blowout loss.
“I love them. I’m not gonna say it’s one particular thing I don’t like about them. I love them. I just want them to continue to be consistent,” said Sanders. “Don’t fool me, man. Don’t tease me. We don’t like to be fooled, we don’t like to be teased."
The Cowboys’ woes on the road this season continued in Week 15 as they were shockingly unable to stop the Bills’ rushing attack, resulting in their fourth loss in seven games away from AT&T Stadium. Sanders simply desires less variance from the only NFL team that is undefeated (7–0) at home.
“Don’t take me all the way to the altar and then you gonna dip on me,” added Sanders. “Don’t do that. Don’t give me that feeling that you are going to do something… Oftentimes, the Cowboys have the propensity to do that and I’m just hoping this is just one of those games.”
The Cowboys will have a chance to silence all the critics when they face the red-hot Dolphins on Christmas Eve at 4:25 p.m. ET at Hard Rock Stadium.
