Mics Caught Browns Coach’s Very Relatable NSFW Reaction to Bears’ Failed Hail Mary
When the Browns-Bears game ended in absurd fashion Sunday, Cleveland coach Kevin Stefanski was just like every other spectator at Cleveland Browns Stadium.
All he could find were four-letter words.
Down 20–17, Chicago resorted to a Hail Mary in the game’s final seconds as quarterback Justin Fields heaved a deep ball toward the end zone. For a split second, it looked like he did the impossible.
But Bears wide receiver Darnell Mooney couldn’t bring the ball down and kicked it right into the hands of Browns safety D’Anthony Bell for the game-winning interception.
Stefanski watched the whole sequence unfold and didn’t have much variation in his word choice while mic’d up.
“Holy s---! Holy s---! Holy s---!” he said running down the sideline and toward midfield.
The win bumped Cleveland up to a 9–5 record while Chicago fell to 5–9 on the year.
Up next, the Browns will travel to NRG Stadium to face the Texans at 1 p.m. ET on Christmas Eve.
