It’s Week 4! Upsets have been the story of the season so far, as the past two weeks have been tough to predict. Our writers and editors have tried to take that lesson to heart, picking an average of more than five upsets each for this week’s slate.

Three popular upset picks stand out. The Buffalo Bills were No. 2 in Conor Orr’s power rankings after a Monday night demolition of the Jacksonville Jaguars, but they are underdogs this coming week against the Baltimore Ravens. The undefeated Minnesota Vikings, led by a resurgent Sam Darnold and a smothering Brian Flores defense, are underdogs against the Green Bay Packers. And the banged-up Los Angeles Rams are underdogs against the Chicago Bears, despite taking down the San Francisco 49ers last week. Our staff feels good about all three.

Here’s who we have making picks this season:

Albert Breer, senior NFL reporter
Conor Orr, senior writer
Gilberto Manzano, staff writer
Matt Verderame, staff writer
John Pluym, managing editor
Mitch Goldich, senior editor
