DJ Moore Had the Perfect Reaction to Pro Bowl Snub
Chicago Bears star DJ Moore was not among the NFL wide receivers included on the 2024 Pro Bowl rosters, having missed out in favor of fellow NFC receivers CeeDee Lamb, A.J. Brown, Puka Nacua, and Mike Evans.
It’s hard to argue against any of the selected four who received Pro Bowl honors this season, though Moore certainly seems to believe that he belongs on the list.
After the rosters were announced by the league on Wednesday evening, Moore took to X, formerly Twitter, to share his immediate thoughts on his exclusion.
Moore posted a GIF of The Joker on the social media platform, indicating he wasn’t pleased after being snubbed from the Pro Bowl roster yet again.
Moore’s season was certainly worthy of Pro Bowl consideration. The 26-year-old recorded 92 receptions, 1,300 yards, and eight touchdown catches in 2023, with more time to add to those numbers during Chicago’s regular season finale on Sunday against the rival Green Bay Packers.
He ranks seventh in the NFL in receiving yards, 16th in receptions, and is tied for eighth in the league in touchdown receptions.
Moore wasn’t the only player to express displeasure about being snubbed from the Pro Bowl. Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Rachaad White was also excluded from the list, and he posted on X questioning how he wasn’t even listed as an alternate.
Fellow Buccaneers Pro Bowl snub, Antoine Winfield Jr., who was one of the most heinous exclusions across the entire league, did the same.
With so much talent in the league, there’s bound to be snubs from the Pro Bowl each year, and this season was no different. White, Moore, and Winfield are among those who were left scratching their heads after failing to make the roster.
