Cowboys Fans React to Jerry Jones’s Claim That Team Is Going ‘All In’ on 2024 Season
Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones proclaimed on Tuesday that he intends to be “all in” on the 2024 NFL season after yet another disappointing playoff exit this past year during the wild-card round against the Green Bay Packers.
Speaking to reporters, Jones made clear that he intends to contend next season and that the Cowboys won’t be looking to build for the future.
“We will be going all in,” said Jones, via Clarence Hill Jr. of The Star-Telegram. “I would say that you will see us this coming year not build it for the future.”
Jones didn’t specify the means by which the team would be going all in, whether it be adding talent during free agency or looking to make an offseason trade, though he made clear that building for the future would be taking a back seat in 2024.
Regardless, fans in Dallas weren’t quite so convinced by his comments, and they took to social media to express their doubts about Jones’s optimistic claims.
