A mic’d up moment between Detroit Lions defensive end Aidan Hutchinson and San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle from Sunday’s NFC championship game has gone viral, and for good reason.

The hilarious exchange came after Kittle plowed over Hutchinson to complete a block early in the game. As the two headed back to their respective huddles, Hutchinson gave Kittle credit for his timing, then dropped an impressive vocabulary word that left Kittle shocked.

“You’re screwing with my proprioception,” Hutchinson said.

For those unaware, proprioception is “your body’s ability to sense movement, action and location,” per WebMD. That’s far more complex than your traditional trash talk, and Kittle had fun with the Lions young pass-rusher for using the term.

“Proprioception… that’s a Michigan word. I’m an Iowa guy. You can’t say stuff like that!” Kittle said with a laugh.

Here’s the full exchange.

Who knew tuning into the NFL playoffs would teach you some new vocabulary?
