Mics Picked Up Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s Sweet On-Field Conversation After Super Bowl Win

The musician and Chiefs tight end had a day to remember.

Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce entered 2023 a two-time Super Bowl champion and a consensus choice for any short list of the greatest tight ends in football history.

Then, somehow, his life seemed to get better.

Kelce, as most residents of the Virgo Supercluster know by now, is dating musician Taylor Swift—and Swift was in the building Sunday when the Chiefs beat the San Francisco 49ers 25-22 in overtime to win Super Bowl LVIII.

After the game, Kelce and Swift embraced, with NFL Films microphones catching their postgame conversation.

“Thank you for coming, baby,” an emotional Kelce said.

“Oh, I cannot believe that,” Swift responded.

Kelce thanked Swift repeatedly for her support, with an incredulous Swift asking, How did you do that?”

“Thank you for making it halfway across the world,” Kelce said, referencing Swift’s flight from Japan to the United States for the game.

“Was it electric?” Kelce asked.

Swift seemingly responded on America's behalf when she replied, “It was unbelievable.”
