Jason Kelce’s wife Kylie went viral at Super Bowl LVIII for wearing a University of Cincinnati red shirt instead of Kansas City Chiefs gear for Travis Kelce.

The Philadelphia Eagles center explained further why his wife will not wear anything but Eagles gear during Wednesday’s New Heights podcast.

“She just does not want to do it,” Kelce said. “She’ll wear other universities, but she won’t wear other NFL teams. ... I’ve tried ... we have family in the game. It’s O.K. to cheer on that team. They’re not playing the Eagles. You realize this isn’t against the Eagles, right?”

“Don’t you f--- around with my fandom over the birds,” the Chiefs star said. “I respect it, Ky. I appreciate you even wearing red. You could have worn something neutral and just showed your support—you showing up was enough for me, so I appreciate it.”

Fans seemed to love Kylie for sticking with the Eagles even when they weren’t playing in Sunday’s Super Bowl.
