Will the 49ers Trade for Haason Reddick?

Here are the teams that are most likely to trade for Reddick, according to BetUS.
In this story:

The Eagles reportedly have given Haason Reddick permission to seek a trade. Will the 49ers trade for him?

It's not out of the question. The 49ers need a starting defensive end opposite Nick Bosa and Reddick is a terrific player -- he had 27 sacks the past two seasons for the Eagles, as opposed to Bosa, who had 29 sacks during that time.

The 49ers aren't afraid to make big moves in the offseason -- they signed Javon Hargrave away from the Eagles just last year. And the oddsmakers expect that the 49ers will be one of the teams most serious about acquiring Reddick.

Here are the teams that are most likely to trade for Reddick, according to BetUS.

1. Atlanta Falcons: +300

2. Detroit Lions: +500

3. San Francisco 49ers: +700

4. Houston Texans: +800

5. Los Angeles Rams: +900

6. Baltimore Ravens: +900

The Falcons are trying to make a big push to be competitive -- they're expected to make a run at signing Kirk Cousins. So it makes sense that they're the favorite to land Reddick.

But after Atlanta is Detroit and San Francisco -- the two best teams in the NFC. The 49ers beat the Lions by a mere three points at home in the NFC Championship, so the difference between these teams is small. Adding Reddick to either roster could tip the balance of power in the NFC. So if the Lions are interested in Reddick, the 49ers should be as well.

If the 49ers don't land Reddick, they also could trade for Eagles edge rusher Josh Sweat, who seems to be available as well.

Stay tuned.
